Hey cozy crew! Bite-Sized workouts found me in my early thirties after a lifetime of being an athlete and growing up with a vey rigid, 'no pain, no gain' mentality surrounding exercise. In my twenties I struggled with disordered eating and trying to be the smallest version of myself. I used to jump from fitness trend to fitness trend, running myself into the ground and always feeling burnt out and discouraged why I couldn't stick to anything. Over the years I've done so much self work surrounding what a privilege it is to age well and age STRONG. To take up space as a woman. I've put myself through over 1200 hours of yoga and personal training certifications. My passion as an instructor comes from my own lived experience and deep desire to help other woman learn to TAKE UP SPACE. To overcome burnout. To feel strong and capable. To find joy in movement again. To make workouts a cozy, non intimidating experience for all levels and bodies. And always, with a cup of tea on standby.
